Blake Wilkey is a principal at OneDigital, a national team of experienced, local employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers.

With over 17 years of experience as a benefits consultant, Blake is known for his knowledge in cost reduction, creative plan design, employee communication and client services. Blake focuses the majority of his time on mid-sized employer group coverage. He is the practice leader for medical benefits, including self-insured and fully-insured coverage along with third party administration negotiations. Blake ensures clients receive better value in their benefits package in a way that meets their individual, custom needs.

 

Blake also targets the long-term performance of benefit plans, securing continued value for the client. He builds relationships by pairing vendors with clients in a way that is mutually beneficial for all parties. Through regular client interaction and account maintenance, Blake proactively fine-tunes vendor service of client accounts and benefit package offerings.

 

Blake graduated from Presbyterian College in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in business.
